PRODUCTION & SHIPPING POLICY
Every item at Plush by OW is made with intention and care.
We are a small, passionate team producing every outfit to order. This helps us reduce waste, ensure high quality, and honor the principles of ethical fashion. We appreciate your patience and support.
Production Timeline
Production takes 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For bulk orders (more than 4 outfits), allow an extra 3 to 5 working days per additional item.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and confirmed later based on your location. (DHL FLAT RATES BASED ON WEIGHT)
Estimated Delivery Times
• Ghana: 2–4 business days
• Africa: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–15 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Plush by OW is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur after your package is handed over to DHL.
Expedited Orders
Need your order sooner? Expedited production is available for select items at an extra cost.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm eligibility.
Delivery Within Ghana
• Outside Kumasi:Orders are sent via courier to a designated bus terminal in your city for pickup (no door-to-door delivery).
• Within Kumasi:Orders are delivered via dispatch riders or Uber/Bolt picks.
Delivery fees within Ghana are the responsibility of the customer and will be confirmed before dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
STOCKPILING
At Plush by OW, all garments are made-to-order in limited quantities. We offer stockpiling ( the option to combine new purchases with an existing order) to support ethical production, fair access, save on shipping and reduce packaging waste
Eligibility for STOCKPILING
• An existing order must be in place
• New items must be ordered within 7 days of the original order
• Shipping details must match the original order
• Added weight shall incur extra shipping fees
• Production time may be extended
• Excessive repeat stockpiling or bulk orders without prior approval may be declined
